This time, in consultation with Ingrid, we managed to arrange the two safaris back-to-back, with a four-day break in between to recharge, which means we spent 23 days with Ingrid.

Wow, what an experience! All the good things, such as attentive, talented, caring, approachable, committed, dedicated, professional, etc., and everything that previous travellers have already described in detail, we can only confirm! Even during those four days in between, she was just like she was on the safaris.

Imagine “all the good things,” but in a slightly more “pole pole vibe”! Tsavo was a very nice area where we saw many four-legged animals and all kinds of birds. Everyone in our wonderful and fantastic group enjoyed it too!

In Tsavo, there was not much traffic when we wanted to observe the animals, whereas in the Mara National Reserve, there were much more people when a leopard or cheetah was seen. 

A short flight took us to Lentorre, where we enjoyed helicopter flights and... four warm summer nights with Ingrid... in the photography hide! ;0) Even there, Ingrid adjusted the cameras of our fun fellow travellers to achieve the best shots. We returned to Nairobi with lots of beautiful pictures and memories.

On the way back, the bean bags were emptied and the rice, along with a few water bottles, was given to the local population. This proves once again that Ingrid has her heart in the right place! What a woman!

Keep it up, Ingrid! We're rooting for you! And according to Pierrette, we're already signed up for next year!
